CASE 570T TLB – Ideal power for block gravity wall construction company
For over a decade, this proud CASE customer has specialised in the construction of block gravity retaining walls and gabion basket solutions for architectural as well as erosion control. The family owned business, founded by Gary and Gareth Hemmingway, is active in the mining, private and public sectors. Over the years, they have built a long list of repeat clients ranging from residential developers, major construction companies and mining firms.
“We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best level of service, quality of structures and products,” says Gareth Hemingway.
They currently rely on a fleet of 9 CASE TLBs and Skid Steer Loaders for their daily operations but, due to the company’s exponential growth over the years, they can now expand their fleet even further.
“We bought two extra CASE machines last year and are currently in the process of acquiring another two CASE machines before the end of the year,” Gareth explains.

CASE TLBs and Skid Steer Loaders play a critical role in the company’s day to day activities such as preparing the foundations and slopes, moving of materials on site and general construction work.
One of the most important things for Gareth is the power and performance of the TLB. The new generation S8000 FPT engine, developed by Fiat Powertrain Technologies Industrial (FPT Industrial), is a 3.9-liter 4 cylinders engine with high power and torque density that provides the best-in-class performances in any application.
“The power of the 570T TLB is incredible! You can do just about anything with it,” Gareth says.
Other features were also high on the company’s list of reasons for choosing CASE.
“We chose to partner with CASE because of the quality of their products, the price of the machines, affordable service and maintenance cost and the low running costs of the machines. It ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. The excellent service and technical support are a bonus! With the additional service agreement they offered me at no extra cost I only service my machines through CASE. I get a discounted price on all my services and maintenance which makes it even more affordable to own a CASE.”
