CASE Construction SA recently held an open day where selected models from its popular construction equipment range were showcased to customers through a live demonstration
The open day, held on the 15th of October, provided customers with an opportunity to experience firsthand what the CASE equipment range is capable of and what the company has to offer to its vast customer base.
In light of the Rugby World Cup, CASE thought it would only be fitting to host this event in true “Springbok style” and even had rugby legend, Kobus Wiese, share a few words of wisdom. The day kicked off with Ross Collard, Managing Director: CASE Construction SA, sharing a few words about the company and further explaining the lineup of events for the day.

CNH Industrial, a global leader in the capital goods sector and global distributor of CASE Construction Equipment, who attended the event, assisted with the live demonstrations.
Professional operators from CNHi in Dubai and other countries, provided customers with an entertaining choreographed demonstration of popular models from the CASE Equipment range. Models included; the CX220C excavator, 570T TLB, 621F wheel loader, SR150 skid steer loader and the mighty 885B Grader.

Words of Wisdom from Kobus Wiese
Kobus Wiese, former South African rugby union player 1993 – 1996, explained how he has implemented what he had learned from rugby, in his everyday life and in business. Kobus further explained the important role that passion and self-discipline plays in one’s success in the business world. Guests furthermore had the opportunity to ask the burning questions that they had for Kobus, at the Q&A session and even had the opportunity to shake hands with the rugby legend afterwards.

The friendly CNHi Operator also provided Kobus with the chance to take the CASE CCX220C excavator for a “spin”. Kobus was a natural, so much so that we believed he could have a bright future as a CASE demo guru.
